Overview of Admission

We currently admit students from Nursery to IX grade. Admissions have now commenced for this year in the school. There are a limited number of seats available. Parents are requested to contact the school office between 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM on any working days.

Here is a brief overview of how our admission process works:

Step 1: Obtaining Admission Form

For admission into LKG, the student must have attended the age of 3+ by 31st March of the academic year. Primary classes are open to children who will be five years old by the end of March.

Parents meeting the age criteria can acquire the Admission Form from the school office against payment of Rs.500.

Application for admission can be sent online. On the basis of that a seat can be reserved but the admission will be confirmed after interviewing the students and screening all necessary documents.

Step 2: Submitting Admission Form

The Application Form should be completed in all aspects along with the following documents:

1. 4 passport size colour photographs.
2. Address proof (photocopy of the ration card/electricity bill/ telephone bill)
3. Photocopy of report card of last one year.
4. Photocopy of birth certificate.
5. Special achievement/award certificates, if any.
6. Transfer Certificate, where applicable.
7. 2 photos of Father and Mother

Step 3: Admission Test

An informal test will be conducted for the children seeking admission into the primary section. For admission from III to X, an entrance test in English, Math, Science and Hindi will be conducted. The dates of the admission test will be notified to the parents.

Step 4: Completion of Formalities & Payment of Fees

The results of the entrance test are declared the very next day and short-listed students are issued an Admission Notification. The necessary formalities are to be completed such as confirmation of the bus routes (in case of availing transport) etc.  Fees is to be paid as per the class into which admission is sought.  Fees can be paid either through cheque or cash.
