Attendance

The students, staff, and parents of Brahmam Talent School have a shared responsibility to promote academic excellence and the continual pursuit of individual achievement. Timely and regular attendance of ALL classes is a vital factor for attaining both personal and academic success as work missed can never be covered up in a satisfactory manner because the value of class activities is missed forever

Notification for Absences

Parents are requested to call the school by 8:30 AM on each day a student is absent from school. In the event that phone contact was not made, parents are requested to send a signed and dated note on the day the child returns to school explaining the reason for the absence.

Excessive Absences

For every ten days absent or late-comings, parents will receive a letter indicating the total days absent and the total number of late-comings recorded. The Principal will then confer with the parents to determine the circumstances surrounding the absences and/or late-comings and determine if further action is necessitated.
