Brahmam Talent High School has an integrated syllabus which is SSC + CBSE + ICSE. The entire syllabus is integrated in a logical and sequential way without any repetition. The School follows this integrated pattern till the IX Standard so that students get their basic foundation right. The students are then made to switch over to the SSC syllabus during the X Standard to leverage the local advantage and to score better for the same effort.

In addition to the above, our School curriculum’s development process is dynamic and evolutionary as new teaching and student learning discoveries are made in the field of education.  For this reason, the School has adopted scientific learning and pedagogy standards that help both the students and their teachers attain their optimal levels.

Pre-Primary School Academics:

The young children of today are leaders of tomorrow. Therefore, they need a learning environment that nurtures, fosters and enriches their minds to meet the challenges and opportunities of the future. Thus, Brahmam Talent High School lays special emphasis on its Pre-Primary students.

The Pre-Primary Section of Brahmam Talent High School has appropriate learning programs that give them a chance to explore, experiment and discover the world around through the development of multi-sensory skills.

For Nursery, LKG and UKG, you will find our teachers employing a variety of instructional techniques, models of instructional designs and flexible grouping formats that are interactive, interesting and guided. For example, our teachers use Montessori tools, Multiple Intelligences, Playway etc to allow children to learn via a self-exploratory process.

Primary School Academics:

Our Primary School curriculum is planned as an extension of the Pre-Primary with emphasis on all the developmental areas. The curriculum ensures that learning of the students is developed through reinforcement of what they have learned earlier. The curriculum is designed to be multi-disciplinary to help students correlate their learning to the real world creating relevance to the learning process in our schools. Focus is also on developing the skill of self-study, which is essential for middle and high school.

From Class I to Class V, our syllabus includes an established curriculum tailored to students’ needs. The basic subjects are English, Mathematics, Social Studies, and Science. Ancillary subjects are Computer Skills, Arts and Physical Education.

The teachers at BTHS aim to enhance each child’s self-confidence and self-esteem while simultaneously challenging them academically to accelerate their future academic and personal growths.

Middle School Academics:

In the Middle School Section at BTHS, the aim is to create a community of cognitive, social, physical and morally developed learners who are on their way to becoming responsible citizens of the country. This is because we know that the middle school is a vital transition period between elementary and high school.  Accordingly, our teachers and administrators have designed a curriculum to ensure that every student acquires the skills – study skills; time management and organizational skills; communication and public speaking skills; computer skills - they need to succeed at the high school level.

Our School’s instructional strategies lay stress on experiential learning methodology in tandem with conventional teaching methods to meet curriculum standards in unique ways depending on the individual’s aptitude and performance levels. The core academic program focuses on four major subject areas: language, mathematics, science and social studies.

Students are encouraged to work on exciting projects in these subjects on an ongoing basis. This kind of an involved study ethos not only improves their creativity, but also sharpens their application and operational skills besides improving their understanding of the complexities of the subjects.

High School Academics:

High School is the time when students have to gear up to face many competitive exams in the near future. The students of classes VIII, IX & X have to develop several skills such as problem-solving skills, analytical skills, logical thinking skill, concentration skills and memory enhancement skills along with an in-depth understanding of the subjects to perform with outstanding success. The integrated syllabus (SSC + CBSE + ICSE) that we follow ensures that students not only compete in these exams; but also get encouraged to participate in various state level and national level competitions.

Brahmam Talent High School provides its High School students a comprehensive integrated IIT/MBBS foundation programme in association with SPAES (Society for Promotion of Academic Excellence in Schools) (Link to http://www.spaesschools.com/ ) founded by Dr. Chukka Ramaiah, the eminent academician.

Our ongoing workshops for students bring in various resourceful professionals from a gamut of industries to broaden the students’ perspectives of careers so that they develop a realistic view of the available and emerging career options.
