Discipline Rules

At Brahmam Talent High School we believe that our pupils should be encouraged, taught and empowered with the firm values against which they can measure themselves, their actions and the consequences of their actions (positive or negative). Discipline helps students to learn the following lifelong skills:

• Respect for self and others
• Responsibility of self by exhibiting self-control and self-management
• Reflection on one’s thoughts, feelings, behaviors and desires
• Cooperation by sharing materials and responsibilities
• Problem-solving & Decision-making
• Independent work habits by planning, organizing and following directions

We have laid down clear guidelines on student and school disciplines which are explicitly laid down in our school dairy.

Consequences for breaches of the Discipline:

• Counselling
• Student monitoring
• Parental contact & involvement
• Warning
• Withdrawal from school
