Qualification/Requirement

Our team has a passionate belief that education is critical to the development of every child, family, community and nation.  We believe that it is possible to address this critical need through high good teachers. Hence, Brahmam Talent School is always looking out for new and experienced talent who want to join us in this rewarding task.

 However, you need to meet a few requirements in order to be a part of our team.

Here is what we ask of you:

• You are one of those multi-talented people who is both creative and analytical.
• You have deep and broad experience across many facets of the educational process, but most importantly can think out-of-the-box in identifying critical educational issues and developing approaches to solve them.
• You know that a great teacher is not born, but made and therefore you are willing to learn, adopt and adapt.
• In particular, you have experience designing and delivering detailed instructional materials and other teacher support materials.
• You are comfortable and familiar with identifying, analyzing, interpreting and applying the results of appropriate high-quality educational research.
• You function well in a fast-paced informal environment where constant change is the norm and the bar for quality is set high.
• Bachelors or Masters degree with B.Ed
